“I ordered this bouquet last week for my mum for her birthday and as I live outside the country I was really depending on it making her day special. Well… it looked nothing like this at all. I wrote to customer service and they apologized and said that some of the flowers weren’t available so they just sent hardly anything … it was horrible. Would have preferred to have been contacted to change my order than get something that looked less than half the size of what I ordered. I usually don’t write reviews but as they haven’t even replied to my email asking about what a partial refund consists of… here we are. Do not recommend! Such a shame too with the lack of response to my email. Almost 200 spent for nothing it’s basically a scam.”
