“The flowers themselves were beautiful. I appreciated the Happy Anniversary bow that was interlaced throughout the bouquet. The delivery didn’t go well. It’s the first time this happened with Ottawa Flowers. The flowers were delivered after 10pm. And when they finally were delivered there was so much confusion between the delivery person and the recipients that it took away from the joy of receiving them. I understand mistakes happen but the flowers should not have been delivered at 10pm. Instead, apologize to the customer and deliver the item with priority the next day.”
