“Did not make delivery or even notify they wouldn't be able to. 7pm on day of delivery sent an email saying an attempt was made but could not be completed - this was the best they could do apparently to notify that the flowers weren't available. No call or email as a heads up this wouldn't be ready. No response to email/text/ phone call until the next day- too late for the delivery.”

“This bouquet was to wish an employee congratulations on her work anniversary. I was extremely disappointed when she sent me a photo of the arrangement, as it was a terrible mix of colours and styles of flowers with no appeal. (Orange, purple, pink, white, yellow...and a really odd mix of flowers). It honestly looks like the florist grabbed whatever was left in the bin. I've never been disappointed by the "florist's choice" option before...but I regretted the order and the hodge-podge arrangement.”
