“Flowers were ordered for Valentine’s Day with a guaranteed delivery by the end of the evening of the 14th. After reaching out for an update when they had yet to show up by mid-evening, I was told they would be delivered. They weren’t. When I followed up the next morning, I was ignored. The flowers were subsequently delivered by mid-day the 15th with no further communication or so much as an apology or explanation. Huge disappointment. Poor customer service. Will take my business elsewhere in the future.”
