“It was unfortunate that this item should have arrived as an Easter gift for my Auntie in Canada, and for some reason things didn’t work out and my emails weren’t getting picked up. Nonetheless, a really lovely lady called Emilie picked up my emails eventually, and did everything possible to send a lovely fruit and flowers basket around Mother’s Day instead. Unfortunately I didn’t personally see the finished article as I’m in the UK, but my auntie was delighted with them and said that she would check out Ottawa Flowers herself. So, I’ve given them 5 stars because Emilie was so kind and helpful, and my previous experience of ordering with them went seamlessly, so I would definitely order with them again and chalk the previous experience up to bad luck. Things will always go wrong sometimes, especially when a limited number of staff have to deal with a very busy time, but it’s how much a company care and are willing to put things right that really matters. A big thank you to Emilie and the team at Ottawa Flowers!”
