“I have ordered several arrangements from Ottawa Flowers. They have always been excellent. This one, however, was very disappointing. It was not as shown and poorly put together. I had to take it apart, rearrange and add to it before giving it to the new mother and father. It was a waste of a hundred dollars. Since you have asked how to improve, I would appreciate a free arrangement. Julie Jackson”
