“Aluminium metal should be swapped out to something much stronger, I Caught a 4 kilo snapper bending the rod holder and sending my just out the box saltiga combo down the rocks to get scratched.... really puts a name on "you get what you paid for" Had to bend it back into place and think of a way to fix it like going bunnings and getting stainless steel to replace the aluminium that was used and then having to cut and weld everything back on because the aluminium that was used on the rod holder is now weakened and compromised rendering it unstable and unsafe to use”
