There were instructions how to change barrel with a key, problem was, the key was not supplied. We had to take it to a locksmith. Yesterday I bought another as a spare, can you put a key with that one please.”
“The lock I received from outback equipment was not a replaceable compatible lock as I expected. I was not offered a replacement lock nor a refund but a credit which I found totally unhelpful as I may not be in a position to utilise the credit in future. I further requested in writing to be removed from their mailing list which has also been ignored.”
