Great jockey wheel. More extension than the OEM version and less bow when extended. Having a swing away is more convenient and faster to hitch and unhitch.

Very solid jockey wheel, winds up and down easily. Pretty easy to fit it onto the draw bar. Removable handle is handy, but the magnet in the handle is lose in the cavity and if you stick onto something the magnet can come out when you pull the handle off. Not a big deal, but it should be firmly fixed in place I think. The whole set up is a bit heavier than I thought it was going to be, but again no big deal once it’s fitted. Being able to fold it flat against the drawbar is good, neat & tidy and always just there when you need it. It’s strength is overkill for my van but I got sick of buying flimsy jockey wheels that bend and bow, so I’m happy with this one. Fair price from Outback Equipment and pretty quick delivery.

Excellent Jockey Wheel. Versatile, highly adjustable, strong and compact. Two wheels help it on gravel and softer ground. Nice!

Due to weight of unit, it was a 2 person job to attach it to the A-frame. The A-frame mounting bracket had some sharp edges when trying to fit the bolts. The U shaped height adjusting pin has insufficient space to place fingers and I had to use a metal bar to gain leverage to release this pin when trying to set the height of the jockey wheel. I see that other models have a larger handle fitted. So apart from the above niggles, the XO500 worked well on my recent trip to WA and return. I could not be more happier with this unit. It's a giant improvement over the old jockey wheel I previously used.
