“Ordered this item 8th Dec. Finally arrived 24th Dec. Wrong item. Sent back and told the correct item would be sent once the other one arrived back to them. Waited several weeks. Told they dont have stock and the item needs to come from their supplier.Nothing for a couple more weeks. Emailed - now 7 weeks since original order. A couple more weeks go by, then I'm told item is discontinued and I would receive a refund. As I need this exact size to fit the old rangehood, I start looking again online. Outback equipment is still listing this exact item for sale on their website AND eBay. They had also sent the incorrect sized caravan cover to me previously. Attention to detail 0/10.”
