“These lights are fine i purchased them from another supplier after the issue i had with Outback equipment.
I needed these ASAP and after purchasing an "in stock" item found out they were not actually in stock and were 2-3 weeks away at best.
I initiated a refund, then i was told that's not possible and store credit was my only option.
It wasn't until I started the refund process with PayPal that Outback Equipment agreed to a full refund.
I will never use outback equipment again they lost a customer for life that day.”
