“sorry guys it was damaged, but in all fairness nobody would have known it wasn't until it was installed and used ,that I was able to find out. What was happening was- it felt as though the van was pushing the car, but not all the time, and then the red light would flash for some time , even when the brakes hadn't been used. But on inquiry to Red Arc, all was resolved, I took it back to the installer and they in conjunction with Red Arc replaced it, (the harness was a bad connection to the controller). The package when it arrived was sound , no damage so who would've guessed. Red Arc also took care of the re- install , Red Arc products and the company are substantially, better than the the rest, so minus a bit of stuffing around , all good.”
