“I have tried the mirrors and I am pleased with the result. I have one minor issue with the mirror clamping system. I have and older 2001 ute and the standard mirrors are smaller than what is fitted to late model utes. The bracket next to the mirror has an adjustment to spread the clamping brackets apart to accomodate bigger mirrors. For my application, to get a good fit I would need to make this adjustment go smaller than is possible. This causes the arms that hold the towing mirror to the standard mirror to be NOT parallel. One of the four recessed sections that is supposed to contact the edge of the standard mirror does not touch as designed. The mirror still holds in place OK so far, 200kms. Delivery was very prompt.”
