“Website allowed me to purchase boots in early October then was notified that boots were not in stock but would be back in stock early November. I sent an enquiry out during the 3rd week in November and was notified that boots were there and would be dispatched ASAP. Was then notified 10 days later that they had sold out in size 8.5 but would I like a size 9 - no that is not my shoe size. I won’t be shopping here again - really disappointing.”
