It was a pleasure to meet Alan , his Wife and also his Mum, who was visiting from out of town.
Alans expertise and advise in choosing the most suitable hat for me was very well recieved.
I was greatly impressed when Alan recommended a particular hat, which was not the shape I was looking, for as he advised that that is not a problem I can shape it for you. Where upon Alan took me to his workshop where he applied his skills and shaped the hat perfectly.
Very very professional in his Hatters skills and Customer relations.
I certainly will be visiting him very shortly for my second pair of boots, black this time.
Plus I have a third hat that needs to be reshaped.
