“We are so happy that we purchased the OLT gazebo!! We have already enjoyed using the gazebo several times and look forward to many years of enjoyment. We had a concrete base poured to the dimensions provided but added an inch on each side just to be extra sure. Waited a week for concrete to dry. Shipping was perfect with no damage to any parts. Everything was shipped in crates. The assembly went very well. It took 2 days with 2 workers and a little help from a 3rd worker for the roof rafter and cedar shingle assembly. Everything fit perfectly together as planned. Recommended pre-drilling the holes for the screws is important. We also anchored the floor joists to the concrete in 4 places as an extra precaution. We stained the gazebo with TWP pecan stain/sealer. We live in the Southeastern United States. The styling is so beautiful! The cupola design and cedar shake shingles are much prettier and more substantial than other brands. The quality of the wood, packaging, and pre-cut pieces are impeccable! And the instruction booklet and video are meticulous and very helpful with assembly. Besides the quality, anytime we had a question, whether it was before purchase or after, the ladies at OLT were pleasant and willing to help answer our questions. Great to work with. Top notch customer service. We looked at a variety of brands before we decided on OLT. It is definitely the right choice! We would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone!”

“I purchased the 12’ gazebo. It arrived on 2 pallets and was packaged very well. I laid out all the pieces then proceeded to pre stain everything. This made it much easier as when it was built it was ready for use. The ceiling was rough cedar so I sanded that smooth as I preferred the look. The instructions were very easy to follow and the build was easy. I would recommend this to anyone. Looks fantastic.”

“We purchased a Bayside 10 about seven years ago, and later added the screen kit. It was shipped to Ottawa without damage. The gazebo is a lovely structure, and was actually fun to assemble. We have logged many hours inside it, enjoying its warmth, good looks, and the irresistible aroma of red cedar.”

“There is a lot of lumber in a 12' octagonal gazebo, and I was initially daunted by the sight of two large pallets on my driveway. However, the precisely milled components and clear instructions soon had me jumping in. I chose to stain all the components (2 coats of oil-based stain) before assembly to get maximum coverage. This added to the assembly time, but was worthwhile. With a little ingenuity I was able to assemble most of the gazebo on my own. We are now proud owners of a great retreat in our back yard which we hope to enjoy for many years to come.”

“The Gazebo is beautiful!!! After assembly it looks exactly like the picture on the website. Assembly took two people about 2 days. The instructions were easy to follow and walk you through the process step by step. We purchased the screen option with the gazebo and this was easy to assembly and only took us a couple of hours to install. The quality is excellent and customer service was excellent when I called prior to purchasing with questions.”

“Looking forward to getting this gazebo put together as it has now arrived. This is our second one (sold our old house with the first) and we missed having one. The new roof support brackets for snow load are a great addition to this outstanding product. Would highly recommend as the quality, assembly process and fit & finish are all excellent!”

“When we got the unit in the fall we had an early snowstorm before we could get construction underway and thus have left it palletized till spring so unable to rate the product and ease of construction. Customer service with Ute is outstanding.”
