“Around 1 in 5 rounds failed to fire in my new Walther PPK. The primers were all dented deeply. And it was not just one box, but two, meaning approximately 20 rounds out of 100 failed to fire the first or even second time they were struck by the firing pin.
Meanwhile, a box of Hornandy fed and fired flawlessly during the same session, so it's not the gun.
Not a major problem since the duds were good malfunction training, but it's very concerning to think someone might load those for self-defense or backup carry.
Not EVER recommended for anything other than training.”
