“I attempted to fire approximately 35 rounds of the Winchester ammo, however I had 14 misfires in my Ruger rifle. The fire pin made a deep depression in the base of the cartridge rim and it took a second chambering...with the firing pin hitting in a new position to discharge the previously attempted rounds. I've never had this issue with rimfire ammunition and am reporting the issue to Winchester. Rifle is new.”
