“Little to say against the Tula .38; it is a smidgen harder to extract than brass-cased stuff, but not by much. And NOTHING like the Tula .357 mag, which are so difficult to eject from my revolver that (effectively) I can only use them in my Rossi 92. The Tula .38, on the other hand, is fine as a plinking round.”
