“We were very pleased with our purchase. I had searched for months looking for fire table that was not too large for our smaller patio. The quality and price could not be matched. Also, I cannot say enough about their customer service. Made a couple of calls to very helpful people and the delivery was shorter than expected. All in all, highly recommend this product.”
“This is a beautiful table so I hope they fix the quality issues. It arrived missing some of the hardware so I had to go purchase it from a hardware store. The Glass table top is also not protected well enough so it arrived with small surface scratches around most of the parameter. These scratches look like they may be caused by the cardboard used to protect the glass. Like others reviews, the igniter only works intermittently. I end up using a light 60% to 70% of the time. Finally, one side door doesn’t fit properly so one side of it doesn’t stay closed.”
“So you spend $700 for a propane fire pit you expect it to work. First off the igniter does not work . Plugged it in many times but fails to ignite. Door on the one side doesn't fit so it won't close properly. Expected a much better product.”
