“Came home to flower soup after being out of town for one night during big storms. All eight bins on both of my planters were filled to the brim with water. $100+ of annuals drowning. Took the power drill and largest drill bit I had and drilled four holes in the bottom of each bin in a last ditch effort. I originally filled the planters with a layer of rocks below the soil to promote drainage, which would only work if you live in a dry climate and are controlling all watering. If you live anywhere that it rains in spring, pass on these bins. Too bad because the stands are great. Just a major design flaw in the bins.”
