“Casket arrived damaged and I had too little time to arrange anything else. Shipping box was intact in the area of damage. That tells me the damage happened at the manufacturer, most likely. The sides of the cardboard packaging was poked with holes and scrapes all around. Not happy it was also “Made in China”. I would have spent more to have a domestic casket…”

“First time ordered a casket online. I was quite nervous. I had it expedited 3 days delivery. It arrived on the day the funeral home requested. The casket was a beautiful blue especially under the sunlight. However, instead of a lighter blue velvet interior, it was of an off white color. But, I think it’s still beautiful. My family members also commented on it. The customer service is great. I highly recommend Overnight Casket.”
