“Unfortunately at check out the casket I had in my cart was no longer available yet your team worked with me an it was replaced in a matter of minutes and It arrived just as stated by you with no problems. “For the price, the quality is unmatched. I looked at a similar style casket with the funeral home and it was more than double the price! The casket was just as advertised and described. My only issue is the lack of communication as I never received tracking information or delivery confirmation from overnight caskets. Otherwise the transaction went smoothly.”
