“Absolutely a good experience and decision. I did a lot of research and Overnight Casket made it easy. They were polite and professional over the phone and answered every question. My order was placed and held until needed. My Dad passed away on a Saturday night and I called Sunday to have it shipped. I paid extra for 2 day delivery for peace of mind. I was able to track it during the route. I was present when it arrived at the funeral home and helped the staff unpack it. Everything was perfect. The staff commented on the nice quality. I saved a lot of money compared to the funeral home prices.”
