“This was the worst experience for receiving our caskets. I ordered the caskets 2 weeks in advance of the funeral service. I set up the delivery to receive the caskets at my residence since the funeral service was about s weeks out. I received a call about 2 days later from them asking where I wanted the caskets delivered. I explained my situation with the time frame and mentioned that I already had it set up to be delivered at my residence. I then was told since it was not a business or funeral home, that it would cost over $300 more. I asked if I had it delivered at the funeral home would make sure it was delivered on March 3rd since the funeral was March 5th and the funeral home stated it had to be received by March 3rd and that I would have to be there to inspect it. The guaranteed me that there would be no issue with that and I would be contacted that day the 3rd of March by the freight company to give me the ETA of delivery. I was told to call a few days before to to verify everything. I called on Friday February 28th. I was told then to call the day of to find out the ETA. I called on Monday March 3rd at 7am. I was told they would contact the freight company and they would reach out to me with the delivery ETA. I was called by the freight company about 9:30 stating they are wanting to set up the delivery for Tuesday the 4th. I told them I had to have it that day. They stated that Overnight Caskets contacted them to have them reach out to me for delivery day set up and that they could not make it for that day on March 3rd. I started to get upset at this point as the stress of losing your Father and setting up all the funeral arrangements and now not knowing if you will get your caskets delivered on time. She said she would contact Overnight Caskets and call me back. She called back again stating there would be no way they would be able to deliver on such short notice. I asked where they were located. She mentioned about an 1hr and a half from where I lived. I got the address and told her I would just go pick it up. I then called Overnight Caskets again and explained what was going on and they said they would reach out to the freight company and take care of it and call back. They called back and said that the Casket would be delivered between 11 and 3pm and I would get a call 30 mins before delivery. I waited for a call and got none. It is now after 2pm. I called the freight company again and explained what I was told be Overnight Caskets. They told me that they mentioned they would try to make the delivery, but there was no guarantee and that it is still scheduled to be delivered the next day on March 4th. I reached out to the funeral home as I already told them I would be there at 3pm with the Casket. I told them I had to pick up the Casket my self and might not make there closing time of 5pm. They said they would hang around till about 5:15. I rushed to pick the Casket up and rushed back to barely make it by 5:10. I had to then break down the box to inspect the Casket before they took it in. This is a horrible thing to have to go through with all the added stress I was dealing with. I reached back out to Overnight Caskets to be compensated for my own pick up and delivery as I paid for full service delivery. I was told I would be called back, but did not receive a call. I called again the next day and spoke with the original lady would told me that it would cost extra to deliver to my address and they would guarante delivery on the day I needed it March 3rd. She apologized and told me a Manager would reach out to me. Today is March the 6th, day after I buried my father and have not received a call yet. This should never happen to anyone and I don't recommend anyone ever order from this company as they can't guarantee what they say nor do they seem to have any compassion or take responsibility for there extreme mess up.”

“The entire process was easy and seamless, which under the circumstances is very much needed and appreciated. In regards to the delivery, the process was also very smooth. The casket arrived at the funeral home and was exactly what I ordered. I was even sent a picture of it confirming delivery to the funeral home. I am glad I discovered Overnight casket as the cost was economical and as previously mentioned you made ordering and setting up delivery extremely simple”

“I would give the staff of this company 10 stars if I could. They went out of their way to make sure I received the casket the widow chose. Although it was in a ship container on a dock they assured me it would arrive at the mortuary on time. They kept in touch and kept their promise. I highly recommend them, and wouldn't waste my time shopping anywhere else.”
