“Overnight Caskets provided exceptional service at a reasonable cost for my family during a difficult time. The passing of my mother at the age of 82 was unexpected, and we were aware that the funeral home would charge us over $3,000 for a casket. A representative from customer service contacted me to inform that the casket I had selected was unavailable, but they presented two alternative options that were even more appealing, all at the same price as the original choice. The service was conducted beautifully, and the casket itself was remarkable, featuring a lilac exterior with silver handles and a pink interior. Ultimately, we spent only $1,589, significantly less than the funeral home’s offerings, and we were able to take advantage of a 0% interest payment plan through Affirm for one year. This experience was truly a blessing; thank you, Overnight Caskets.”

“My father-in-law passed away right before Christmas and his viewing and service were right after Christmas. We ordered from Overnight Caskets because my mother-in-law didn't love the selection at the funeral home. We found one we liked on Overnight Caskets and ordered it. Due to the Christmas Eve + Christmas, we realized that the casket might not arrive on time for the viewing. I spoke to OC customer service and within a few hours they had a solution to deliver the casket to the funeral home the day before Christmas Eve. Crisis averted. If your loved one dies around a holiday where deliveries might not happen or mail/business closures, do check ahead and try to work it out with them. We appreciated their excellent customer service during this difficult time.”
