“My father-in-law passed away right before Christmas and his viewing and service were right after Christmas. We ordered from Overnight Caskets because my mother-in-law didn't love the selection at the funeral home. We found one we liked on Overnight Caskets and ordered it. Due to the Christmas Eve + Christmas, we realized that the casket might not arrive on time for the viewing. I spoke to OC customer service and within a few hours they had a solution to deliver the casket to the funeral home the day before Christmas Eve. Crisis averted. If your loved one dies around a holiday where deliveries might not happen or mail/business closures, do check ahead and try to work it out with them. We appreciated their excellent customer service during this difficult time.”

“Purchased this and had it held until my father passed away. Called on a Sunday to have it delivered. Paid extra for 2 day delivery for peace of mind. Was present when it was delivered and helped the funeral home staff unbox it. They were very impressed with the quality and it was in perfect condition. I could not of had a better experience during a stressful time. Saved a lot of money compared to the funeral home prices.”
