“Our loved ones death was sudden and unexpected,we knew the funeral home was going down there markups and run the prices up I contacted overnight caskets, and they had the casket for my loved one on time within 24 hours and the quality was better than the funeral home offered. And Alyssa at overnight caskets was above and beyond helpful 5*s is rating to low I give them a 10!”

“Casket was perfect, beautiful and very appropriate design for a lady. However, shipping company Estes was terrible. Had to pickup casket from shipper warehouse in my sons truck to meet Mortuary deadline. They claimed to be waiting on truck with tailgate lift, but no trucks anywhere near warehouse to meet Mortuary deadline.”

“I was my father's caregiver. I laid my father to rest in this casket on Dec 15, 2023, at Lakeside Memorial in Folsom CA. I ordered Dec 8th around 11 pm PST with free shipping and it arrived at the funeral home on Dec 12th. That was a large concern of mine due to the timing. Overnight Caskets provides updates on where your casket is during the entire transaction from the time of purchase to when it's shipped and a delivery confirmation email. The company saved me plenty of money. The whole funeral experience is an entire sales pitch/process. I buried my mother in December 14 years ago also. Her funeral was much more expensive. I wished I had known that I could purchase items such as the casket and the headstone separately. Everything is negotiable. Overnight Caskets will answer the phone late in the evening when you have questions. I spoke to a gentleman who explained their work schedule and that put me at ease during this stressful time. The casket looks even better in person. I'm completely satisfied and will make another purchase for other family members if necessary. My plans in the future since I own my plot already. I will instruct my beneficiary to also order from this company. I hope you find this review useful to whoever reads it.”
