“Good Evening the Casket was almost a 5 Star project, however the Casket arrived perfectly on time, perfect $ amount.... The color was so amazing. I honestly thought this was a scam, till all the wait was over, when it arrived to the funeral home. Everyone was excited, the only problem was the casket arrived with a paint smug on the left side bottom corner. I have amazing skills, I used my fingers and nails with fingernail polish remover... Buffed the smug off of the paint surface without the removal of the paint top gloss. Not only was there a smug, a mark on the head top portion of the casket, however I decided it made no difference over the beauty of the product nor would be this be present on the side of the visitors. Most importantly, over all I will still refer many people to this opportunity to custom pick the casket for your LOVE ONES .... THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR BUSINESS, MUCH SUCCESS AND PROSPERITY FOR MORE BLESSINGS TO COME. THANK YOU, THANK YOU AND AGAIN WE ARE PLEASED TO PRESENT OUR LOVE ONE IN YOUR BEAUTIFUL CRAFTED CASKET.”
