“Nicest way I can put it is the funeral home director said he’s had people order caskets offline and they’re pretty sh!tty but that this was a beautiful casket. I had multiple people at the funeral come up and tell me it was gorgeous.”

“Ordering this online was a bit daunting, but it turned out to be easy and stress free. Customer service was US based and fabulous and they delivered it by plane and courier in 3 days, free of shipping charges. When I called to ask a question customer service was responsive and competent. A bonus is that this was ~ 1/3 of the cost the funeral home would have charged.”
