“The quality of the casket exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and looked exactly like one we saw at the funeral home that cost three times as much. Based on the product alone, I would rate it 5 stars. However, the casket almost did not arrive on time. I ordered it over a holiday weekend and paid $300 for overnight delivery. I contacted the company directly and was assured the casket would arrive on time. However, at about 4 pm on the night before the funeral, I received a call from the funeral home saying the casket had not arrived. A very stressful two-hour back and forth ensued with overnightcaskets.com before the casket finally arrived after hours, incurring a hefty fee from the funeral home. Overnightcaskets.com did reimburse these fees, which we appreciated. Overall, it ended up alright, but it was a very stressful process.”
