“The casket was pretty and arrived exactly on the scheduled day and early in the day. There was two problems, however. At the foot of the casket, on the lower part of it, was a good sized dent. Also, there was a scratched area that had tried to be repaired, on the front middle part of it. The funeral director did not think it happened in shipping here. Otherwise, it was nice and arrived on time. The person who took my order on the telephone was exceptionally nice and helpful. Her name was Makayla.”
