“The casket arrived on time which was excellent. There was some minor damage on each corner. Seemed as though the silver metal was not fully set and aligned. It was nothing major and was still a very positive experience overall. It was only noticeable if you were looking for it. Thank you overnight casket for delivering an excellent product on time!”

“This was a pretty well made casket that I chose . It was there before my mom got there at the funeral home. I’m very grateful for the special people who answer the phone to order the casket . My mom looked pretty in her pick dress and coat next to the lovely white interior.”

“Let's see.....Communication sucks. I ordered over the weekend so I knew it would be Monday before the casket shipped. But, things changed and I contacted them first thing Monday morning to see if I could upgrade shipping. I emailed Sunday evening so that they would get it Monday, but I still haven't received an answer to that email over a week later. I tried the chat feature, but no one was there, waited hours and tried repeatedly. I had tried called over the weekend, but no one ever answered the phone. So, Monday during business hours, I called the posted phone number. I finally got someone, but all they could say was that the casket had already shipped and that I would get an email later that day. Well, with that being said I figured I was stuck with the free shipping option. I finally got the email after business hours that evening and all it included was the tracking number. I was lied to that morning, the casket didn't ship till 4:30 that afternoon and I should have been able to upgrade the shipping. Luckily, the shipping company had better communication and promised delivery in only 2 days, that would work. The shipping company (Estes) has a tracking system that allowed me to see where the casket was at all times and it arrived with no dents or scratches on the packing crate. But, the casket was damaged, well, actually it was made badly. The upright ornamental corner pieces were so poorly put on that there were gaps and loose places as well as places where the decorative pieces were buckled when applied poorly. It was too late to do anything about it, so we stratigically placed flowers and went forward. I have sent an email detailing the problems, but that was 6 days ago and I have yet to hear back from Overnight Caskets. I do not recommend this company if you actually want a quality casket, but I guess you get what you pay for, that's the only reason they get 3 stars from me.”
