“Casket was not “as promised “. I purchased a “solid mahogany” wood casket. What I received was a poplar wood stained casket with a cherry-like finish. As expected, no time to return or replace casket, had to use it. Without amends, I anticipate protecting future buyers from what appears to be false advertising and/or representation and fraudulent business practice, barring this incident was a complete inadvertent MISTAKE, by the seller Overnight Caskets. I entertain any response you may offer on this matter….”

“I was hesitant to make such an important purchase based only on a picture. After looking at the mortuary's price list, I decided to take a chance. I called the Overnight Caskets' customer service department to ask a few questions prior to making a purchase, and because of that experience I decided to take a chance. The casket was delivered during the time frame promised and the quality and aesthetics of the casket exceeded my expectations--at about 1/3 of the price of those made available through the mortuary. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Overnight Caskets and I will recommend them to friends and family members when the time comes.”

“The casket arrived very quickly and was of excellent quality for the money. Even the funeral director was very impressed and said that it was beautiful. Everything was perfect, and I am very pleased with the service that I received.”
