“This is a follow up to an earlier review, to which Overstock Sheets customer service immediately responded and made right. This level of customer service is outstanding and uncommon. Things will not always go perfectly, but with great customer service, I’m confident in continuing to buy sheets from them. Reiterating my last review with this new set of sheets - love that the flat sheet is long and wide enough for deep mattresses, love the softness of these sheets, and can’t wait for Cal King duvet covers to be available so I can buy one to match my sheets!”

“Pros: 1/ the fitted sheet fits my deep pocket mattress, and unlike every other sheet set I've bought, the flat sheet is also long enough to reach down the sides of the mattress - not sure why most sheet manufacturers don't understand that not only the fitted sheet needs to fit the deep pockets....2/ I washed the sheets according to directions before using, and they are very soft. Cons: 1/ The fitted sheet pilled very badly, immediately - there are little balls of white all over the sheets, and I've washed again to see if they recur - hoping maybe they needed more than just one wash, but the pilling is really excessive. 2/ the envelope closures of the pillow cases aren't quite big enough for a standard king pillow case - the pillow keeps popping out the end. The closure needs to be a bit longer to prevent this. Overall, the sheets are very soft and I love the width of the flat sheet so will keep using.”
