“I applauded the courage and transparency of requesting a review. Our package was delivered to the wrong address; I sent several messages through the website (could not find a phone number or chat option for real-time assistance). My messages went unanswered. When I asked if the package could be redirected or re-shipped to the intended recipient; the best offer was for me to occur shipping charges on top of increased delay. FedEx offered to return the shipment to the vendor and I took them up on the offer. Thank you for reaching out to resolve the confusion. The sheets were re-routed to my son who just moved into his first apartment post graduation.”
