“My daughter & I wrote several emails to cust. service & several phone calls. My daughter loves the quality & color of the sheet set. However, it took so long to get cust service to send the sheet set. They required all kinds of info & in the beginning, they didn't understand what I wrote. (I'm a retired English teacher & I write very clearly) You should teach your cust reps to really understand the customer instead of requiring so many emails & phone calls from 2 people.”
