“ We had ordered three sets of deep-pocketed, 1800 thread count, ultra comfort sheets in a split California King. Unfortunately, one of the contoured sheets, in one of the sets was miss-sized. We emailed the company in the late afternoon and had a response within two hours! The very next morning they shipped an entire set of sheets in that color, and they arrived within three days! Their customer service is refreshingly courteous and expedient. The sheets feel wonderful! It also feels good to get three sets of sheets for the price (or less) than one set from the company we bought the bed from.”
