“I initially purchased a silicone apple watch band which failed when I attempted to install it. Ozstraps offered an immediate store credit and refund of the mailing cost to return the bust band. With the credit I purchased a" black" sport loop band which turned out to be black with red (poor description on the website). Again Ozstraps offered an immediate store credit but no refund for posting the strap back. I wanted a pure black strap and they suggested the closest would be the black/platinum. Their suggestion was a good one. My disappointment is that it took 2 tries with the inconvenience of having to go to the post office to mail back the item. My second disappointment was that they never offered a refund.”
