“Love the strap; even better in reality than the photos and arrived less than 48 hours after purchase. However, all stainless steel link straps require adjusting and the mini screwdriver supplied with the strap doesn't have the correct head (Philips rather than Flat). It detracts from the great service that I now need to travel into town to a jeweller to get the strap adjusted and he/she losing sales to companies like Apple may well say "nick off" or charge for the service, which defeats the point of online ordering.”
