“Initiall purchased a SSteel strap but the system did not work to shorten after Fitbit would not guaranttee the original strap So then purchased a silicon strap it is ok but Fitbit and Oz straps need to do something about customer service /Warranty for the products they sell.”
“The first strap was dispatched quickly but was defective. Ozstraps immediately sent me a voucher to replace the defective band (which I returned). I bought another one with the voucher and it was dispatched immediately. Both took over a week to arrive so I have not been able to wear my fitbit for over three weeks (Aust Post issue not Ozstraps) .I received the band yesterday and all is well.”
