“The replacement strap I received did not connect properly to one side of my Fitbit. I emailed OzStraps who replied promptly suggesting I return it. I am awaiting a replacement but, overall, could not complain about the service and their response to my concerns. Here's hoping the replacement fits well and I can get back to wearing my Fitbit again.”
