“Only tried the grey one so far, initially the buckle strap would not lock in place, hence a slight tug on it and it would fall out. But I perceived with jiggling it into place and it finally worked. My husband has been wearing it successfully for about 2 weeks now. That’s why a 4 star, once in it’s great.”

My second one had the same issue but not to as great of an extent so while it went in - it could be pulled from the face easily. It was disappointing. Service team was good but”
