“The package came on time which was only a couple days. The leather and steel link bands were perfect and look great and feel really high quality so that was brilliant. Unfortunately the Milanese band had a defect that stopped the band from locking onto the fitbit charge 2. I didn't want to send it back and get store credit or a cash refund for the reason that I'd have to pay for shipping back so I took a file to it and took a piece of metal out that stopped the band from locking onto the device. After that the product was perfect, but a bit of a shame to have to resort to fixing it myself. All in all very happy though and would recommend.”
