The first band I ordered had a fault which meant it didn't clip into my Fitbit properly. I contacted OzStraps by email. They were very apologetic and easy to deal with and issued a credit to my account as soon I as I sent them the tracking number for the band I was returning. This meant I could order a replacement band immediately. Great customer service!”
“The strap is great for approx 6 months then the clip fell out
But they replaced it
So i am sure i will get another 6 months again
Happy with product, if it would last a bit longer, the original strap lasted 12 months.”
