“I sent a photo to get the correct band. The person on the OzStrap end recommended a 3/4 so I said send it. Somehow I got a two. It was deemed to be my fault so I had to pay for return postage and a $7.99 admin fee. I decided to donate the straps to charity rather than go through the rigmarole.
I then ordered and paid for two more and they got here safely and fitted my Fitbit. Therefore, I don't know how I feel!!”
