Service, communication and speed of delivery was flawless.
Its easy to switch over bands and it feels really secure so I wouldn’t expect there to be any issue with it coming detached while I’m wearing it.
Being able to adjust the size of the band myself, (although a bit tricky) was really handy. I have a tiny wrist so most things I purchase online don’t fit but this ended up being perfect.

I was delighted to find I could make the Princess bracelet band smaller myself with removable links. I have a very small wrist and usually have to have them altered by a jeweller.
