“Even during these unprecedented times, I received the item very fast and was kept up to date every step of the way. Unfortunately you get what you pay for and although this is a budget friendly product, it simply does not fit my Fitbit as the silicone is far too thick to fit around the Versa. I did reach out to CS who were amazing to deal with, they sent me new pins thinking that would solve the issue but it hasn’t.”
“A bit tricky to attach, the pin is a little out of line so took a fair effort to get it to connect, but far more flexible and better fit that the band that came with my Fitbit versa. I had to replace the original band after only 12 months, then replace another Fitbit band I bought from JB hifi only 6 months later, now I have this one, it’s excellent so far”
