Dropped a star as the strap loops are a bit too tight making it annoying when putting the watch on and off.”

“Firstly, the customer service was fantastic. My strap had been sent with one of the pins being too short for the strap, but OzStraps sent me a replacement set of pins straight away. Supremely fast delivery.
As for the product, the band was great to wear whilst it lasted. Unfortunately the band broke recently, but it did last about 9 months and was great for exercise. Would recommend the normal silicone band over this band. It's very comfortable and still looks brand new today after 10 months of use. I now use it when exercising as well and it breathes fine.”
