It is a good product, but I agree with a previous review which stated that the inside of the buckle is larger than the strap and digs into a person's skin. As a result, if you prefer wearing your watch strap a little tighter (as Fitbits are advised to be worn), it will be uncomfortable.
If you went for a buckle that is flush with the strap, it would be much better.

“Hi, so I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to operate the release catch on my existing band, and then gave up (for now). How about some directions with the item? This would have been helpful, because I am no further along despite its very prompt delivery. Mark”
“Overall I was a little disappointed. The band is great and of good qualiy but the buckle is very uncomfortable. It is not flat but rounded and I found it dug into my wrist. It was so uncomfortable that I have stopped wearing it. The customer service at Ozstraps was fantastic and I would still deal with them again.”
